If you refer us to an auto shop, and the representative of that auto shop subscribes her/his business at our website, you will receive 25% of the auto shop subscription fee. The auto shop Basic Subscription fee is $15 every month, or $150 every 12 months. Featured Subscription is $30 and $300 respectively. Depending on the payment option selected by the referred auto shop, you can earn up to $90 per referral. Yes, that is per one auto shop referral! You can refer us to as many auto shops as you want, the more you refer the more you earn - there is no limit!

For each subscribing auto shop referred by you, you will be eligible to receive the 25% referral bonus for the period of 1 full year (12 months), or until the referred auto shop cancels subscription, whichever comes first.

You are eligible for the 25% referral bonus after 30 days following the referred auto shop sign up.

We will pay you every 3 months or monthly if your balance reaches $100. We can pay by check or make a transfer to your paypal account.

In case there is more than one referee per auto shop, only the first referrer is eligible to receive the 25% referral bonus.

Exclusions: you may not refer auto shop that you or your close family is associated with.

There are several ways to refer us:

• Via URL: copy the unique URL provided on your profile page (you need to be logged in to see it), then paste it on your website or in your Internet signature, talk about it on forums and on your blog, advertise it in other ways! When a shop representative follows your URL and subscribes within 30 days, we will automatically detect it.
• Use the Refer and Earn page. We will automatically match auto shop sign up with your referral, as long as the auto shop representative uses the same email address you sent the referral to.
• Tell auto shop representatives about autonoto, give her/him your autonoto user name and ask to enter it in the auto shop’s profile page.

We will notify you by email every time your referrals balance changes. You can check your current referral balance at any time on your profile. It represents the balance you have already earned (not pending balance, for example if auto shop signed up but the 30 day period has not passed, it will not be reflected in your balance).

By referring Autonoto to others you become an Autonoto Referring Agent and you agree to be bound by the agreement described on this page and in Terms and Conditions (link). As an Autonoto Referring Agent you are an independent, self employed contractor and not an Autonoto employee. You should not make any representations that you are an Autonoto employee, you should obey any local, state or federal laws as applicable and you should behave in an ethical and professional manner. Autonoto reserves a right to terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason (for example if you violate Terms and Conditions of this agreement, engage in spamming or use illegal methods to attract customers etc). upon termination any earned referral bonus will be paid to you.

You are responsible for your own tax reporting. If your calendar year payments from Autonoto exceed $600.00 you will be asked to provide SSN and you will be issued a form 1099-MISC, as required by the Federal tax laws.
